Our facilitator
Workshops are led by Pinar Karaaslan, a professional actress, filmmaker and applied drama facilitator based in Amsterdam, and the founder of Studio Kechi. She brings a working actor's command of the room and a director's instinct for what makes a scene land, paired with the steadiness and care a corporate group actually needs in order to engage. Her years working with multicultural teams across Europe, in childcare, NGOs, education and creative industries, have shaped a facilitation style that is warm, structured, and quietly disarming: people open up without realising they were guarded in the first place.

Our workshops can be delivered on-site at your office or event venue, or virtually via Zoom or Google Meets, depending on your preference. Each session is led by our founder, experienced actress and facilitator Pinar Karaaslan, with the possibility of additional trained facilitators when needed. We use simple, portable props with options for customisation, supported by visual aids to enhance learning.
